WIF: Works In the Future

Here's a list of WIPs I've put together but will not be able to work on any time soon. These kits WILL come to completion. That's a promise :)

Seravee GNHW/B3G
This is one of the Gundams I've always wanted to build. As of the start of 2011, I have all the kits necessary: Seravee, Seravee GNHW/B, and Seraphims.

Musha Astraea
I've conceptualized a Musha Exia before, but I used the Exia for a contest. Also, the squared-off shoulders and skirts make the mods fit better.

Virtue
I don't have a name for it yet. As some of you know, I nearly built a Virtue with four arms before, but I had to sell the trans am kit (along with a 00, an O Raiser, 2 XN Raisers and an MG Unicorn) sometime last year when I really needed cash. Anyway, I was supposed to make a GN-005P Virtue Physical, but I got carried away putting weapons on it. Oh well XD

SD Astray 0 Custom
The Astray was free from last year's World Cup. I took home three and gave away the other two. Afterward, I bought a build Strike Rouge IWSP specifically to kitbash this. heavy arms double gatling cannons and two FG/NG Strike shields.

Optimus Prime Heavy Arms
Okay, no promises on this one. Although I've had this for some time, I never took the Lego wheels off since I blu-tac-ed it over a year ago. That probably means I'll build it one day. My bro's actually looking forward to this build. The chest panels will house the Matrix of Leadership.

WIP: 1/144 HG Virtue Gundam Part 5

Progress:
-Cemented and sanded parts that can be sealed before painting.
-Removed the armor seams on the second pair of arms (since, technically speaking, there are no Nadleeh arms within them, so those don't need to break open.)
-Tightening joints and polycaps with Bosny flat clear.
-Cemented and puttied the shoulder mods where the second pair of cannon cases mount to.
Since I wasn't too busy today, I took pics as I went on to continue sanding down the plastic and cement.

Flat black base coat for the gunmetal. No seams here.

WIP: 1/144 HG Virtue Gundam Part 4

UPDATE!

Can't seem to find a Virtue anywhere so I got a Trans Am one. I'll paint it anyway.

Not very menacing in a calm pose.

Then, try this.

This too. Yes, he'll definitely need a display base.

WIP: 1/144 HG Virtue Gundam Part 3

UPDATE!

Initially, I wanted to put hip/waist mounted weapons on this. Say, like those from freedom but mainly, blast impulse. But I couldn't find a 1/144 FG Blast Impulse in Megamall today so I went home empty handed. But when I got home, I realized now what I really want to do with this kit. Bash it with another Virtue.

It'll sport four arms, two bazookas, and four pairs (eight barrels) of GN cannons.

Seen here is burst mode. On a regular Virtue, the chest opens and reveals a GN condenser to be able to feed power to burst mode. I got that taken care of because I'll be putting GN condensers on both shoulders on the first pair of arms. Two arms on either side will hold a bazooka to each front shoulder.

WIP: 1/144 HG Virtue Gundam Part 2

Update! Yeah!

I carved toes unto the foot to give a GP02 feel. Hahaha. Minute, but I like it.

Test fit.

WIP: 1/144 HG Virtue Gundam

Before the operation:
The Virtue was built nine months ago. The builder (moi) made a terrible noob mistake of using pylox paints. Since that day, this model started to chip and get ugly. Time for a new look.
